Fatigue

Fatigue is a very common problem, and just sleeping longer is often not the answer.

Our energy may be seen as a bank.  We pay into it in the form of nutrients, and rest, and all activities during our waking hours draw energy out of it.

The problems begin to occur when our waking activities are too energy hungry (eg. stress), and our payments into it are insufficient to meet our needs.

 Many aspects of modern life are energy hungry.  Environmental pollution, constant noise, workplace or home stress, food intollerances are all energy hungry activities. 

Dealing with stressors such as those listed, over many years, can literally exhaust our capacity, leaving our energy bank bankrupt.  Early signs are energy slumps after lunch, difficulty getting out of bed, declining ability to cope with stress or even with every day problems.
